Most of this industry asks you to trust a number on a banner. We would rather hand you the document the number came from.
Tied to a lot, not a product line
A certificate belongs to a single lot number — QP-2608-009, not “BPC-157”. Lots differ, so a document that cannot be traced to the vial in your hand is a brochure, not a record.
Published before you order
Certificates are on the site, in full, as a PDF you can open without an account, an email address or a support ticket. Read them first and buy second — that is the intended order.
Methods named, never implied
Each certificate states the method it used — purity, identity and quantitation by HPLC, endotoxin by USP <85>. We describe the tests that were run, not the tests that sound impressive.
Process
How a lot reaches the catalogue
Four steps, in this order. The last one is the one that matters: nothing is released ahead of its certificate.
Lot is received and numbered
Incoming material is assigned a Quill lot number in the form QP-YYMM-NNN. That number is what every later record is keyed to, from the certificate to the printed vial label.
A sample goes to the laboratory
A sample from the lot is submitted to ILS Laboratories for purity, identity and quantitation by HPLC, plus endotoxin by USP <85>. We do not produce the result we then publish.
The certificate is published
The laboratory's report is posted whole — the PDF, not a summary of it — to a page anyone can open, alongside the product it belongs to.
Only then is the lot released
Where a lot is still with the laboratory, the product page says so and the item cannot be bought. A pending result is worth stating plainly; it is not worth writing around.

What the document actually reports
A certificate of analysis is a set of specific measurements on a specific sample. Here is each line on ours, and what it does and does not establish.
Identity
The sample's chromatographic retention time is compared against a reference standard for the named compound. This is how the laboratory establishes that the material is what the label says.
Purity
The target peak as a share of total peak area at 214 nm. Across the lots published to date this figure runs 99.31% to 99.94% for the samples submitted.
Net peptide content
How much of the vial's mass is peptide, as distinct from purity. The two are different measurements and the certificate keeps them apart — so we do too.
Endotoxin
Bacterial endotoxin measured to the USP <85> compendial method, with the result stated in the report rather than summarised as a pass mark.
Screening
The report includes a fentanyl screen, returned as “Not Detected” at the assay's stated cutoff. Non-detection at a cutoff is a narrower statement than absence, and the certificate is where you can read which one you are getting.

If it isn't on a certificate, we don't claim it.
That rule is more restrictive than it sounds. It means we name the methods the laboratory actually ran instead of the ones that read well. It means a lot still in testing is described as still in testing. And it means the strongest thing we will say about a number is that you can go and read it yourself.
